Current Position:

I have always wanted to be a teacher. I began my career in 1993 at Harvest Time Christian School in Ft. Smith, AR.  I taught 2nd grade there for seven years.  I returned home to Vian in the fall of 2000. I taught in 3rd grade, 4th grade, and 5th grade before becoming the Elementary Principal in 2011.

Family Information:

Mrs. Wingo and Her Family: Curtis, Kathy, Cassidy, Brek, Kaydi, Kennedy, Canyon, Sharon, and Jim Murphy.

My husband and I were married in 1999. We have three children and one granddaughter.

Personal Information:

When I’m not at work, Curtis and I are doing something with our family, like cooking big dinners and enjoying a fire outside at night, playing golf, or going on walks together.  When I have time to myself, my favorite thing to do is to sit on my back porch with a book and enjoy the peaceful view that you see in this picture. Vian is a beautiful place and I feel blessed to live here.
