Vian Elementary Pre-Enrollment 2020-2021

For Three and Four-year-olds and Kindergarten

June 9 & 10 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

June 11 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Vian offers a three-year-old and a four-year-old program. Enrollment is June 9 & 10 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and June 11 from 4:00 PM– 7:00 PM.  Appointments are required for new students in the three-year-old program. To qualify for the three-year-old program, the child must be three years of age on or before September 1st. Four-year-olds must be four years of age on or before September 1st.  The child must be potty trained.  Three-year-old children must come to pre-enrollment in order to participate in a screening that is required for entry into the program.  At the appointment the parent is required to complete a Head Start application, a Vian Elementary enrollment form and present the following documents 

• Child’s state issued birth certificate

• Child’s current shot record (Immunizations must be current for enrollment)

• Child’s social security card

• Custody or Guardianship papers (if applicable)

• Child’s CDIB card (if they are of Native American descent)

• Child’s Sooner Care or insurance card

• Parent’s state issued photo I.D.(driver’s license) 

• Proof of residency (e.g. a current electric or water bill)  

• Proof of income (check stub, W-2, or tax return)

Enrollment in these classes is limited.  Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.  ALL STUDENTS MUST RE-ENROLL FOR THE NEXT YEAR.

Vian Elementary will have Kindergarten pre-enrollment June 9 & 10 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and June 11 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.   Children, who will be 5 on or before September 1ST, are eligible for Kindergarten classes.  Parents of incoming Kindergarteners DO NOT need an appointment.  At the time of enrollment the parent is required to complete a Vian Elementary Enrollment form and present the following documents:

• Child’s state issued birth certificate 

• Child’s current shot record (Immunizations must be current for enrollment. You may not enroll for Kindergarten unless they have ALL of their shots.)

• Child’s social security card 

• Custody or Guardianship papers (if applicable)

• Child’s CDIB card (if they are of Native American descent)

• Parent’s state issued photo I.D.(driver’s license) 

• Proof of residency (e.g. a current electric or water bill)
