Vian Public School will suspend our Purple/Gold Rotation Schedule on March 8.  Students who are currently participating in the rotation schedule will return to school together on March 8, 2021. Students will attend classes at Vian Public School Monday - Thursday.  All students will participate in distance learning on Fridays and teachers will be on site for tutoring of virtual students.  

Current health and safety precautions will remain in place.  Students and faculty will continue to wear masks at all times.  Students will be socially distanced to the greatest degree possible in classrooms and will sit in assigned seats so that contact tracing may take place if necessary. Students who have chosen to enroll in Vian Virtual School may remain in online classes.  Parents who want their student to exit virtual learning must visit with building administration.   

Vian Public School will continue to monitor COVID-19 cases in our school and the surrounding area.  If infection rates increase or it becomes unsafe to conduct classes, it is possible that our school could return to the Purple/Gold Rotation Schedule or switch to all virtual classes.  We will continue to consult medical professionals and pay attention to the situation in our area. We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of our community as we strive to strike a balance between the priorities of learning and safety.
