Congratulations to Delilah Wolfe, one of the Top 4 Winners of Cookson Hills Electric Cooperative's Oklahoma Youth Tour competition! These ladies will be traveling to Washington, D.C. in June on an all-expenses-paid trip of a lifetime. Additionally, they each earned a $1,000 scholarship.
